These terms apply to purchases from the Pitch Black Print Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Products
We sell artwork including poster-only prints, framed prints and, where stated on the product page, digital products. Framed options may include black, white or oak-effect frames. Available sizes, materials and finishes are shown on each product page.
We take reasonable care to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, print production and natural variation in materials. Product images may include styled mock-ups; check the product description to confirm exactly what is included.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, or delivery is not possible.
If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the store and include applicable taxes where stated. Any delivery charge will be shown before checkout; standard delivery is currently offered free where indicated.
You must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided during checkout or in the order confirmation. They are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. We will deliver within the period required by applicable law unless a different period is agreed with you.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains cancellation rights, return procedures, exclusions and refunds.
Digital products
Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item is posted. You are responsible for checking compatibility and download requirements shown on the product page.
Where you ask us to supply digital content immediately and acknowledge that this causes your statutory cancellation right to end once supply begins, you will not have the standard change-of-mind cancellation right after downloading or accessing it. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
Intellectual property and permitted use
All artwork, product images, text, branding and store content are owned by or licensed to Pitch Black Print and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Unless a product page expressly grants a different licence, purchases are for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, upload, share or commercially exploit the artwork or digital files.
Purchasing a print or digital file does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and contact you where the delay materially affects your order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order are those made available when that order was placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to your contract and do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
